PIKESVILLE, Md. - One person is dead after an overnight crash.

It happened around 1 a.m. on the inner loop of the beltway near Pikesville.

Police say the driver of a silver 2008 Honda was ejected from his car after it veered out of its lane and collided with a tractor trailer.

That driver, identified as Jason Sukun Park of Baltimore, was then hit by another car and died on the scene.

The Maryland Transportation Authority Police CRASH team was called out to investigate the collision with the assistance of Golden Ring troopers. Officials with the Baltimore County Fire Department and Maryland State Highway Administration also provided assistance at the scene.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call 410-780-2700.
