ROSSVILLE, Md (WMAR) - A 7-year-old girl is injured after being hit by a car around 5:00 p.m. Friday evening.
Baltimore City Police say the child was transported to Johns Hopkins Pediatric Hospital. Police do not know the extent of her injuries.
The incident happened in the area Philadelphia Road and Rossville Blvd.
The person driving the car that hit the girl remained on the scene until police and medical units arrived.
According to the Baltimore City Fire Department, the child is expected to survive.
