OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Baltimore County Police found two small children and a deceased woman in an Owings Mills apartment on Tuesday night.
Police had responded to a report of domestic disturbance when they found a locked door, the unharmed children, and the dead woman.
The suspect left before they got there.
The incident happened on Wellhaven Circle.
The Baltimore County Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating the case. No further information is available.
