TOWSON, Md (WMAR) - Baltimore County Councilman Todd Huff was arrested early Saturday morning after officers became suspicious that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to Shawn Vinson, spokesperson for the Baltimore County Police Department, officers pulled Huff over after they spotted the county-owned silver Jeep Cherokee he was driving traveling without headlights.

ABC2 has learned that Councilman Huff's father is the owner of the business, and the councilman is in charge of building maintenance and equipment.
Huff was then arrested under the suspicion that he was driving under the influence, processed at the Towson precinct, and given a breath test. According to the police report, Huff blew .20 grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
