TOWSON, Md. - It was January 31, 2011 when Rick Bielski got a call.
His place was on fire. He raced over to West Pennsylvania Avenue and his heart sank.
23 years of memories, all shaking in smoke. His co-owner, Melony Wagner would soon join him in tears.
Two days later, after thousands of Facebook messages, phone calls, and drop ins, Rick and Melony decided the Charles Village Pub will rebuild.
What they've done to the heart of Towson is simply amazing. There are two bars, one inside, one outside, two floors.
Rick and Melony invited ABC 2 up for a sneak peak. If you remember the old CVP, you will not recognize this place.
20 staffers have all returned. The place will open for good Monday, February 23.
