BALTIMORE - Baltimore County Police have arrested a 33-year-old man in connection with the Tuesday murder at Wellhaven Circle.
Jeffrey Michael Shiflett, of the 1700 block of Saint Margarets Road, 21409, was charged with the first degree murder of Katie Hadel, who was found dead in her Wellhaven Circle apartment.
Hadel's body was found in the apartment with two unharmed small children.
Shiflett was arrested on Wednesday, shortly after 11 a.m. after a patrol officer saw him walking along a street in Reisterstown.
He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
