More than 100 heroes hit the water Wednesday evening in remembrance of 9/11.
Wounded warriors, veterans, and first responders were kayaking through the Inner Harbor for the 12 year anniversary.
The event was described as the largest "United We Paddle" kick off in the country.
The memorial paddles started near the Under Armour Headquarters at Tide Point and wrapped up at the World Trade Center.
The kayakers pushed off around 5:30 p.m.
