BALTIMORE - Police have released a photo of Tavon White, the leader of the gang that 'runs' the Baltimore City Detention Center .
Twenty-five Black Guerilla Family (BGF) gang members, including White, and associates, including 13 corrections officers were recently indicted on federal racketeering, drug and money laundering charges that originated inside the Baltimore City Detention Center (BCDC) and related facilities.
Investigators say the 13 COs had sex inside the prison with gang members. The lead defendant -- Tavon White -- is alleged to have impregnated four separate correctional officers; one of them has two of his children.
