Vacant to Values event set for Monday

BALTIMORE - Big changes are in store for the Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello neighborhood.
Today some vacant homes on East 31 st Street in the city will be torn down to make room for new housing in the area.
It’s a Vacants to Value demolition, part of the Mayor’s plan to curb blight in Baltimore.
The event is set to kick off at 10 a.m.
