Right now, the 600 block of West Patapsco Ave. is shut down because of severe flooding from the storms that moved through the area late this afternoon.
Several cars are stuck and ABC2 News just spoke with a man who's car died while trying to pass through a flooded street.
The man was able to have his car pulled out by others passing by.
Over 11,000 people are without power in central Maryland and another round of storms are passing through Southwest Baltimore County into the city.
