BALTIMORE, Md. - It's a celebration or Sailabration like no other.

Today marked the opening ceremony of the Star-Spangled Sailabration here in Baltimore. More than 40 ships representing 13 nations sailed into Baltimore for a week-long celebration today.

The celebration marks the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the writing of the Star-Spangled banner.  The opening ceremony bought out local government officials like Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown.
