BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Are you going down to the Inner Harbor this weekend for Sailabration festivities?
For the next four days a huge amount of people will be in Baltimore City and out at Fort McHenry to celebrate the Star Spangled Sailabration.
For folks who live in Locust Point this big party fills them with pride.
