Where to return sandbags in Baltimore

BALTIMORE - Before Sandy hit, many people picked up sandbags from the city downtown.
Now that the storm is over, the city says those who got them can return them.
If you are one of the people who want to return the bags, you can drop it off at the following places:
- Broadway Pier in Fells Point
- Rash Field in the Inner Harbor
- Poly/Western High School parking lot.
These locations will be open from 10 to 7 on Thursday and Friday.
