If you’re driving around Baltimore City this weekend you may want to avoid Broening Highway.
A portion of Broening Highway will be closed for utility work.
From 7 p.m. Friday until at least 6 p.m. Sunday, October 23, traffic on Broening Highway between Holabird Avenue and Dunhill Road will be closed.
Officials with the Baltimore City Department of Transportation say detours will be in effect and local traffic will be maintained for area businesses. Drivers in the area are asked to keep an eye out for changing traffic patterns and alternate routes.
