Police investigate 4 overnight shootings

BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Baltimore City Police are actively investigating three overnight shootings.

First, found a 31-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her leg after responding to calls of a shooting on the 1500 block of Ward Court at 12:30 a.m.  She was rushed to a hospital.

Moments later a 31-year-old man arrived at a hospital with several gunshot wounds on his body.

Detectives believe both victims were shot on the same block, and they are expected to survive.

Second, a 20-year-old man was shot in the chest on the 1600 Block of West Lexington Street around 2:20 a.m.

Last, officers received a report 20 minutes later of a shooting in the 600 block of East 36th Street.  On arrival, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm.  Both victims were rushed to the hospital to receive treatment.

Police say district detectives are continuing investigation on these incidents. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
