BALTIMORE - The fight is on over the future of Patterson Park, specifically over some proposed new parking spaces.
Residents who live in the area showed up at the Virginia Baker Recreation Center on Monday night to speak out.
They are steamed over the city’s plan to put down more blacktop in the park to help an expanding senior center.
Many of them say they have spent dozens of hours turning the park into what it is today.
Three more public meetings are planned and the Mayor’s office says they have yet to make a final decision.
