The crash
The driver of a lumber truck is dead and all lanes of northbound and southbound I-95 were closed Thursday night after a tractor trailer exploded.
Thirty four year old, Gregory Bryan Watkins from Fort Washington, was the driver for a company called Cardinal Logistics Management Corp. based in NC.
Crews were called to the crash scene at about 11:00 p.m.Thursday on I-95 at the I-395 split.
