Occupy Baltimore to rally on Howard Street Bridge Thursday afternoon

BALTIMORE - Occupy Baltimore protesters will be rallying on the Howard Street Bridge at 4:30 Thursday afternoon.
It'll coincide with mass rallies across the country to mark the 2 month anniversary of the Occupy Movement.
Protesters are calling it the international day of action, a day where they're promising to gather in big numbers to support the movement.
