New youth center opens in Patterson Park

A newly constructed youth center will open in Patterson Park.
The Patterson Park Youth Sports and Education Center will offer physical education programming for schools and young people in the area.
Kids and their families will have a safe place to exercise, learn, play and build healthy lifestyles.
Congressman Elijah Cummings will be on hand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony which stars at 11 am.
James Piper Bond, President of Living Classrooms, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank will be in attendance.
The new center is located on Linwood Avenue.
