BALTIMORE - A new national historic trail to teach people about the Star-Spangled Banner officially launches on Monday.
The National Parks Service will be in Fells Point Monday morning for a ceremony to open the new walk.
Festivities include the Fort McHenry fife and drum team, the Fell’s Point Town Crier, and a flag unfurling ceremony.
This all comes about a month after the Star-Spangled Sailabration brought tall ships to town to celebrate the 200 th anniversary of the War of 1812.
