BALTIMORE -
Officials at Morgan State University have a lawsuit on their hands.
A man is suing the school after he was attacked on campus last year. 23-year-old Joshua Ceasar says he was left partially blind after Alexander Kinyua attacked him with a bat.
A few days later, Kinyua admitted to killing a man and eating parts of his body.
Ceasar’s attorney says the University should have noticed the warning signs.
In December, Kinyua pleaded guilty to the attack on Ceasar but he said he was not criminally responsible.
We reached out to MSU on Thursday night to talk about the lawsuit, but they had no comment.
