BALTIMORE (WMAR) -

The man accused of trespassing at Camden Yards on opening day and at M&T Bank Stadium during a Ravens game has been sentenced.

For trespassing on the fields of Oriole Par and M&T Bank Stadium during Orioles and Ravens games earlier this year, Mark Harvey pled guilty today and received a 180-day prison sentence with all but 4 days suspended, 18 months of probation, 80 hours of community service, a $400 fine and a lifetime ban from both facilities.

On April 6, 2012, Harvey entered the field of play during an Orioles game. Five months later, on September 23, 2012, he did the same thing during a Baltimore Ravens contest.

Harvey, 26, pled guilty today to two counts of trespassing, one count for each incident.

"As Judge Cogen pointed out during today's hearing, the defendant's conduct is no laughing matter. Jumping out of the stands and onto the playing field risks the safety of fans, athletes, and the many others who work at these facilities," State's Attorney Gregg L. Bernstein said. "This case should serve as a reminder that such conduct carries criminal penalties and will be taken seriously."
