Man stabbed at downtown nightclub

BALTIMORE - A man was stabbed Thursday night in the area of a popular downtown night club.

Detective Silbert with the Baltimore City Police says that an adult male was stabbed several times in the area of the night club Power Plant Live .

Throughout the investigation it was revealed that the victim was involved in some kind of altercation with another person prior to the stabbing.

The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries, where he is expected to survive.

At this time police are uncertain whether the stabbing occurred inside or outside the night club, or whether the victim was ever inside any of the clubs.
