BALTIMORE - Tuesday is the 11 th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks and there are several events happening throughout the area.
A candlelight vigil is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. along “the path” at Putty Hill Avenue in Parkville.
In Anne Arundel County victims of the attack will be remembered by a moment of silence at the police and fire headquarters in Millersville at 8:50 a.m.
But if you are in the mood for some entertainment for a good cause, check out the “Rockin’ the pier to support military families” concert. It goes from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the Hard Rock Café in the Inner Harbor.
Proceeds from that event go to the Fisher House.
