BALTIMORE (WMAR) - UPDATE: Your commute through downtown Baltimore may be back to normal.
According to Kurt Kocher, spokesperson for the Department of Public Works, the road re-opened Sunday evening.
The re-opening of the road comes a day before crews were expected to complete re-paving the roads.
