BALTIMORE (WMAR) - I-895 northbound is closed at the Potee Street exit for a four vehicle crash just prior to the Harbor Tunnel.

Emergency personnel arrived on the scene shortly after 1:30 p.m. to find four vehicles with moderate to heave damage after a collision.

Two people were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. A third person was treated on the scene and refused medical treatment.

While it is unknown how long the interstate will be closed, motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route until the crash is cleaned up.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
