BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Huggies made an in-kind donation to families of the Coast Guard on Thursday.
The diapers will be made available to Coast Guard families in need throughout the country and across the world.
Families can get the diapers from their child development centers or work life offices.
The coast guard says they're lucky to have this donation.
Patti Gross, Vice President of Corporate and Government Relations for the Coast Guard Foundation, says "they decided at this point and time it was important to support the military and we were lucky enough that they reached out to us as a part of the military family."
Coast Guard Foundation officials are hoping this donation will spark other big-name companies to do the same.
