BALTIMORE - Help give back to BARCS by voting in the Rachel Ray $100K Challenge Photo Contest.
The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter is one of just a few shelters still in the running for a $2,000 grant.
People can vote until midnight November 14th.
