BALTIMORE (WMAR) - The third annual Grand Prix of Baltimore down shifts in Baltimore this weekend, although organizers have not yet set a date for 2014.
Baltimore, in fact, isn’t available for events on Labor Day weekend for the next two years due to commitments to sporting events. The Ohio State versus Navy football game will be the marquee showdown in Baltimore Labor Day weekend 2014.
Race organizers, whose contract runs through 2016, are working with the city, the Orioles and the Ravens to nail down a date.
Organizers tell ABC2 News that they’re confident they’ll be able to work something out.
