BALTIMORE - First Mariner Bank CEO Ed Hale has pleaded guilty to interfering with security at BWI-Marshall airport.  This all stems from an incident on February 4th when a loaded handgun was found in his luggage at a security checkpoint.

Prosecutors say he must forfeit the gun.  Hale was placed on one year of unsupervised probation by a judge and fined $342.50.

Hale has said he meant to leave the 38 caliber at home and having it at the airport was a major oversight.
