BALTIMORE (WMAR) - A firefighter was hurt during a two-alarm house fire Wednesday evening.
Crews were called to the 3700 block of Fords Lane for reports of a building fire just after 6:00 p.m., once there, crews found heavy fire and smoke coming from a third floor window.
Because of the size of the structure, a second alarm was quickly called to manage the incident.
While battling the fire, a firefighter suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. There were no other injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
