BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Police in Baltimore City are trying to figure out whose body they pulled out of the Patapsco River Friday evening.
Fire crews responded to the Patapsco River near the Francis Scott Key Bridge to find a body floating in the water.
Fire boats successfully pulled the body out of the water and took it to the State Medical Examiner to determine cause and manner of death.
At this time, officials are uncertain the gender of the body or how it ended up in the river.
