Fells Point a top neighborhood

BALTIMORE -
Fells Point is hosting its annual festival this weekend, and now it has even more to celebrate.
The Waterfront Community was named one of the ten greatest neighborhoods in the country.
This is according to the American Planning Association.
It was singled out as one of America’s most important colonial and Civil War seaports and for its character and charm.
