BALTIMORE - Before you head to the Ravens game on Monday night, you’ll have a chance to celebrate Maryland’s Olympians in a Star-spangled celebration.
Michael Phelps will be honored for having the most medals in Olympics history.
He will be in the Inner Harbor Amphitheater with the other Maryland Olympians.
The event kicks off at 4 a.m.
