Damaged hose floods part of North Charles

BALTIMORE - Water flowing in the street closed North Charles Street between North Avenue and 21st Street Monday morning.
A spokesperson from the Department of Public Works said the water came some sort of hose, not a water main break. The contractors responsible were working to repair the problem.
