BALTIMORE - A serious crash shut down Baltimore National Pike between Stamford Road and Cooks Lane on Tuesday morning.  

The best alternate routes around the area are Edmondson Avenue, Cooks Lane and Forest Park Avenue.

Police officers and ATG agents were on the scene for the investigation.  The ATF and Baltimore City Police will provide more details at a press conference at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
