BALTIMORE - Transportation officials announced they'll be refunding more than 3,000 speed camera tickets because of a processing error.
The 40 dollar citations were given out between last December and April.
The problem is derived from a wrong block address that was listed for a traffic camera on Wabash Avenue.
There are currently 65 cameras across the city, and plans are being made to install six more.
