Census: Baltimore a poor city

BALTIMORE -  

The hits keep coming for the Charm City.

Last week, Baltimore was ranked in the list of the dirtiest cities in the country, and this week its on the list of the poorest.  At least according to the US Census data recently released.

The data says Baltimore is the 22 nd poorest large city in the country.

Median income in the city is around $39,000, and the average home value is $154,000

Washington DC on the other hand, is ranked the third wealthiest city in the country.
