HALETHORPE, Md. (WMAR) - Maryland State Police are trying to figure out what caused a car to catch fire on I-95 Thursday night.
Crews responded to I-95 northbound at the I-195 split at about 9:00 p.m. to find a car fully engulfed in fire.
Police say this was a single vehicle incident and no one was hurt during the fire.
Crews were able to extinguish the flames by about 9:40 p.m., but are still trying to figure out exactly what happened.
