BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Police say that a missing 12-year-old autistic boy has been found safe and unharmed.

Baltimore City Police are asking for your help locating a 12-year-old boy.

Police say Rashad Foster was last seen this afternoon around 12:45 p.m. in the 3400 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.  
 
Foster is described as five feet seven inches, 120 pounds, and was last seen wearing green shorts, a white shirt, and black sneakers.  
 
Police say the 12-year-old is autistic and may still be in this area. 
 
Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
