BALTIMORE - The co-owner of a restaurant in Federal Hill is facing some pretty serious charges and the restaurant has reacted.

Matthew Lasinski is accused of a raping a woman in the bathroom of the Blue Agave on New Year's Eve. According to police, the victim says she went there after getting into an argument with her boyfriend.

The restaurant put a statement about the allegations on their Facebook page:

In part it reads:

One of our team members has become the victim of the worst injustice I've seen in my lifetime.  We have video, as well as witnesses....that directly contradict the accuser's allegations, yet he's still charged. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?"
