Baltimore top city for working moms

BALTIMORE - Forbes has ranked Baltimore one of the best cities for working moms.
Baltimore ranked five out of 50, following Pittsburgh at number four.
The magazine looked at a combination of factors including women's income, cost of living, local doctors, and crime statistics.
Last year Baltimore ranked 25.
