BALTIMORE - Police in Baltimore were involved in a shooting early Monday morning.

According to Police, the shooting happened around 4:20 a.m. in the area of Yale Avenue and Potter Street in Southwest Baltimore.

Police say they shot an armed robbery suspect.

Police say that the suspect is at University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.

This is the second police involved shooting in the Baltimore area in the past two days. Baltimore County Police shot and killed a suspect early Sunday morning after that suspect tried to take an officer's gun.
