Baltimore hosts New Year's Eve anti-violence vigil

Baltimore -  

The city of Baltimore is hosting a New Year's Eve candlelight vigil to remember lives lost to violence in 2012.
 
The 4th annual event will take place Monday at 6 p.m. on the steps of the city's War Memorial Building.
 
The city's mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, is scheduled to attend.
