Baltimore City Fire Department PIO Kevin Cartwright anchors the program called "Turnout".  He says the idea behind the program is to allow for a new way to get the public to know about the department and give them safety tips.

It is a monthly program that airs on cable channel 25 in the city, and will be posted on the fire department's website .

The city is currently working on a second episode, and tape the third next week.
