Representatives of Caesars Entertainment held their first press conference following the passing of Question 7 Thursday. The news – how plans would change now that table games can be included.

The new casino planned for Baltimore will now, according to Caesars Entertainment, include a World Series of Poker room. The casino will be included in the World Series of Poker tour.

Also, instead of an original plan to make the casino a Harrah’s casino, the operation will now fall under the Horseshoe umbrella – a move operators say will bring about a more elegant gambling experience.

There are currently plans for at least 80 table games. Representatives of Caesars say the changes require an additional investment of $25 million but will not affect the opening of the casino, currently scheduled for the third quarter of 2014.
