BALTIMORE - A Baltimore attorney pleaded guilty today to distributing child pornography.

According to U.S. States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod Rosenstein, 55-year-old David Bart Goldstein faces a minimum sentence of five years and a maximum of 20 years.

Goldstein's plea agreement includes information about how he was caught.

According to the plea, an undercover FBI agent in New Jersey saw that Goldstein had logged in to a publicly available file sharing program and shared almost 1,500 files.

The agent downloaded more than a dozen images and six videos that contained child pornography.

Goldstein will also have to register as a sex offender as part of the deal.
