Baltimore a top "singles city"

BALTIMORE - Baltimore is known as the “Charm City,” and if some of that charm rubbed off on you, then you’re in a good place to find love.
According to Kiplinger.com, Baltimore is the fourth best city to live for singles.
To compile the list, Kiplinger looked at the number of singles, average income and living costs, and the average cost of a date.
An average date night in Baltimore costs $29.
According to the list, Ann Arbor, Michigan is the best singles city in the country.
