BALTIMORE - Baltimore is once again gaining national recognition, but this time the Charm City should wish it wasn’t.
According to Travel and Leisure Magazine , Baltimore is the third dirtiest city in the country.
The magazine says the “honor” was bestowed on the city because of the number of rodent complaints.
New York and New Orleans were first and second on the list
