BALTIMORE - The sounds of ceremonial cannons will be heard all throughout the Inner Harbor Wednesday to signal the arrival of the tall ships.

Nine of the arriving ships will each fire a 21-gun salute as they enter the Harbor and Fort McHenry will return each salute.  The exchange is expected to last until mid-afternoon as each ship arrives at different times.
